"Platform"

Refers to the dkk99 online gaming website accessible at dkk99.pro, including all subpages, game lobbies, betting interfaces, cashier functions, and customer support channels operated by or on behalf of dkk99.

"Account"

The registered user profile created by a Player following successful registration on dkk99.pro, through which the Player accesses all gaming services, manages their wallet balance, and interacts with dkk99's features.

"Real Money Balance"

Funds deposited by the Player into their dkk99 account wallet and available for wagering across all eligible game types on the Platform.

"Bonus Balance"

Promotional credits issued by dkk99 to a Player's account under the terms of specific promotions. Bonus Balance is subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.

"KYC"

Know Your Customer — the identity verification process through which dkk99 confirms the identity, age, and payment method ownership of a Player before processing withdrawals or as required by dkk99's compliance obligations.

"Wagering Requirement" or "Playthrough"

The multiplier applied to a bonus amount determining the total real-money wager a Player must place before Bonus Balance converts to withdrawable funds. Example: a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 30,000 in qualifying wagers.

"Responsible Gaming Tools"

Features available within a Player's dkk99 account settings — including deposit limits, loss limits, session time alerts, and self-exclusion options — designed to support healthy gaming habits.

To register and maintain a dkk99 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age as of the date of account creation and at all times thereafter while your account remains active.
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are acting as an individual and on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee of dkk99, nor a close family member of a dkk99 employee, nor an employee of a dkk99 software, payment, or services partner.
• You have not previously held a dkk99 account that was suspended, terminated, or self-excluded.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

Single Account Policy: Each individual natural person is entitled to hold one active dkk99 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same email address, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — are prohibited. dkk99 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to withhold any balances therein pending investigation.

Account Credentials: You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your dkk99 username and password. dkk99 will treat any activity conducted through your login credentials as activity you have authorised. You must notify dkk99 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.

dkk99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any dkk99 content, software, or services.
• Use any automated means — including bots, scripts, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools — to access, interact with, or extract data from the Platform.
• Exploit identified or suspected errors, system glitches, or software vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair gaming advantage.
• Engage in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through use of the Platform.
• Collude with other players, manipulate game outcomes, or engage in any form of cheating.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to dkk99's servers, systems, or another player's account.
• Open an account for the purpose of circumventing a previous account suspension, self-exclusion, or bonus restriction.

dkk99 monitors platform activity continuously for suspicious patterns. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately pending investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or serious Terms violations are confirmed, dkk99 reserves the right to permanently close the account, forfeit all balances, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.

dkk99 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and selected cryptocurrency networks. Additional payment methods may be made available at dkk99's discretion without prior notice.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed within the dkk99 cashier at the time of transaction.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your dkk99 wallet instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time depending on the sending institution.
• dkk99 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — dkk99 has no control over and accepts no responsibility for such third-party charges.
• Funds deposited into your dkk99 account are held in your Real Money Balance and are available immediately for wagering across eligible products.

Players may request withdrawals of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have successfully completed KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. KYC requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document (Pakistan CNIC is accepted) and proof of ownership of the payment method to be used for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering protocols. Where this is not possible, dkk99 may require additional documentation before processing the withdrawal to an alternative method.
• Withdrawal requests made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in the cashier section of the Player's account.
• Any Bonus Balance subject to outstanding wagering requirements is not withdrawable until those requirements have been satisfied in full.

dkk99 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where additional account verification is required, where unusual account activity has been detected, or where compliance or fraud investigation procedures require it. In such cases, dkk99 will notify the Player via their registered contact and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution.

dkk99 offers bonuses and promotions to registered Players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific Terms and Conditions, which are published at the time the promotion is active. The following general conditions apply to all dkk99 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible account holders only. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion and are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any Bonus Balance can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of wager value. Live casino, table games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or may not contribute at all. Contribution rates for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds have expiry periods. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated expiry period, the Bonus Balance and any winnings generated from it will be forfeited automatically.
• Wagers placed while a Bonus Balance is active must meet minimum odds requirements where specified.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus structures — including but not limited to low-risk combination betting, systematic pattern play designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal variance, or use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

dkk99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion will be notified of any changes that materially affect their ability to complete wagering requirements.

All casino games available on dkk99 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or real-time live dealer streaming from licensed studios. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time and are recorded on dkk99's systems — these records are final in the event of any dispute.

• A bet is not accepted until it has been confirmed on the Platform and a confirmation message or bet reference number is displayed to the Player. Bets placed without confirmation are not valid.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round or sporting event, dkk99's records of the outcome of that round or event will be treated as definitive.
• dkk99 reserves the right to void any wager where a technical error, data feed failure, or pricing error has resulted in manifestly incorrect odds or game outcomes. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. Bets exceeding displayed limits may be reduced to the applicable maximum at dkk99's discretion.
• Sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, football, basketball, and UFC — are subject to specific sports betting rules published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference. dkk99 reserves the right to suspend markets or void bets in the event of match abandonment, result uncertainty, or irregularity in the underlying event.

dkk99 is committed to providing a gaming environment that promotes responsible participation. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care to Players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all dkk99 account holders free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount a Player may deposit into their dkk99 account. Limits take effect immediately upon setting. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory review period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Caps on the amount a Player may lose within a specified period. When the limit is reached, access to wagering is suspended automatically for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Alerts: Automated notifications sent to the Player at chosen intervals (30, 60, or 90 minutes) during a gaming session, displaying session duration and net position.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts reminding the Player of the time spent gaming and the option to take a break.
• Self-Exclusion: A period of enforced account suspension, selectable from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion activates immediately upon request and cannot be reversed before the selected end date under any circumstances.

dkk99 collects and processes personal data provided by Players during registration, KYC verification, deposit and withdrawal transactions, customer support interactions, and general Platform use. All data processing is conducted in accordance with dkk99's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at dkk99.pro/privacy-policy.

• Personal data collected includes but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile number, government-issued identity document details, and payment method information.
• dkk99 uses collected data to operate the Platform, process transactions, verify identity, prevent fraud, comply with regulatory obligations, and provide customer support.
• dkk99 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — including payment processors, KYC verification services, and fraud prevention agencies — as necessary to deliver Platform services.
• dkk99 implements 256-bit SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between the Player's browser and dkk99's servers. Sensitive stored data is encrypted at rest using industry-standard protocols.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting dkk99 support. Requests will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dkk99's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their dkk99 account in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• dkk99 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
• dkk99 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, and circumstances beyond dkk99's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. dkk99 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability.
• dkk99 is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device failures, or browser incompatibilities that affect a Player's ability to access the Platform or complete a transaction.
• Where a Player's account has been compromised due to the Player's failure to maintain credential security, dkk99's liability for resulting losses is excluded.

dkk99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Discovery that the account is a duplicate of an existing or previously terminated account.
• Suspected use of automated tools, bots, or other means to gain an unfair gaming advantage.
• Self-exclusion requested by the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a relevant authority.

Upon account termination, any Real Money Balance held in the account will be returned to the originating payment method after all outstanding verifications and investigations are completed, provided no fraud or Terms violations have been confirmed. Bonus Balance is forfeited upon account termination in all circumstances.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their dkk99 account may do so at any time by contacting support via the live chat channel. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within one business day, with any withdrawable Real Money Balance returned to the Player following standard withdrawal procedures.

dkk99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — that is, where they significantly affect Player rights, payment processing, or account conditions — dkk99 will provide notice to registered Players via their registered email address no less than seven calendar days before the amended Terms take effect.

Where amendments are non-material — for example, corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates required by regulatory or legal changes — dkk99 may implement such amendments without advance notice. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the dkk99 Platform after any amendment to these Terms takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with them or the use of the dkk99 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to dkk99's licensing jurisdiction under international gaming licensing standards.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and dkk99, the Player should contact dkk99's support team in the first instance. dkk99's support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat and can resolve the majority of disputes within a single interaction. For disputes that cannot be resolved at first-contact support level, a formal dispute resolution process will be initiated, with written correspondence within five business days.

dkk99 endeavours to resolve all Player disputes fairly, promptly, and transparently. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through dkk99's internal process, Players may seek recourse through the independent dispute resolution mechanisms available under dkk99's applicable gaming licence.
